Type of wine: IGP Umbria Grechetto
Grape variety: 100% Grechetto
Production area: Orvieto
Fermentation: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank, slowly at low temperatures to preserve all aromatic compounds. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, regular batonnage is completed to protect the wine from oxidation and to increase its body and structure..
Aging: 12 months in 225L French oak barrels and steel tanks.
Fresh aromas with notes of stone fruits and white flowers. On the palate, these flavours are mirrored, accompanied by pleasant structure and a long, almond-like finish.
The wine showcases excellent flavours and balance, enhanced by its minimality, leading to a good persistence on the palate.
Il Carrettiere
Type of wine: IGP Umbria Viognier
Grape variety: 100% Viognier
Production area: Orvieto
Fermentation: Fermentation takes place in oak casks, slowly at low temperatures to preserve all the aromatic compounds. After alcoholic fermentation, regular batonnage Is carried out to protect the wine from oxidation and to enhance its body and structure.
Aging: 12 months in 2500L medium-toast French oak casks.
Aromas of tropical fruit, peach, and stone fruits, with floral notes of wild rose.
On the palate, the wine is round, with a full body, good persistence and excellent balance.

Montemarte
Type of wine: IGP Umbria Sauvignon
Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Production area: Orvieto
Fermentation: Fermentation takes place in oak casks, slowly at low temperatures to preserve all the aromatic compounds. After alcoholic fermentation, regular batonnage is carried out to protect the wine from oxidation and to enhance its body and structure.
Aging: 12 months in 2500L lightly toasted French oak casks.
Fresh aromas with citrus notes, particularly grapefruit, green apple, and subtle herbal nuances.
On the palate, the freshness is immediately evident, with hints of green fruit and herbaceous notes. The wine showcases excellent flavors and balanced, enhanced by its acidity, leading to pleasant persistence.

Pagliano
Type of wine: IGP Umbria Sangiovese
Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese
Production area: Orvieto
Fermentation: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank, slowly at low temperatures to preserve all the aromatic compounds.
Aging: 18 months in 500-liter French oak barriques, followed by a minimum of 6 months of aging in bottles.
Elegant and intriguing aromas of red fruits, with delicate and pleasant floral notes. The extended aging in oak is not overpowering but instead enhances the bouquet and complexity.
An excellent expression of this varietal, grown on sandy soils rich in marine fossils. Ready to drink, yet its great aging potential is clearly evident.

Salto Nel Buio
Type of wine: IGP Umbria Cabernet Sauvignon
Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Production area: Orvieto
Fermentation: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank, slowly at low temperatures to preserve all the aromatic compounds.
Aging: 15 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 6 months of bottle aging.
Aromas of dark fruit, including blackcurrant, sour cherry, and blackberry, with hints of green bell pepper, spices, tobacco, and vanilla. A highly complex bouquet, derived from ancient limestone soils.
Smooth, rounded, and deep tannins, with excellent aging potential.
